Returned Packages
If your order was shipped & returned to me for any reason, you will be responsible for a $10.00 re-ship fee which will be invoiced before vour order is shipped again.
Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email or text message that contains your tracking information once your order has been fulfilled.
Please check vour spam folder if vou do not see any emails from me.
Lost Parcels/Packages
We are not responsible for any packages lost during transit/shipping. Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, the responsibility for that parcel transfers to the carrier. We encourage customers to track their orders and report any discrepancies or issues to the respective shipping carrier. If your tracking number shows that your order was shipped/out for delivery but you did not receive it, please contact vour local post office for further assistance.
